jiao 946c47d28e feat: 添加核心话术库 + 修复推荐匹配逻辑 
- 新增26条覆盖8个阶段的核心话术(add_utterances.sql)
- 修复RecallService.profileMatch: studentType=通用时匹配所有
- 修复RecommendController: 规则召回>=3条时不补充热门话术
- 修复RecallService: 使用字符串contains替代JSON解析
