jiao 5606a56777 feat: 新增多风格话术流式生成功能，优化对话查询逻辑 
1. 新增多风格话术生成SSE接口，支持亲和/专业/促单风格话术流式输出
2. 重构对话查询逻辑，增加staffId参数避免消息串扰，新增自动推断员工身份接口
3. 优化前端侧边栏，适配企微聊天上下文，新增员工信息展示和登录流程
4. 补充相关Mapper和Service代码，完善归档消息查询能力
5. 更新部署文档，优化前端缓存处理
